I called All Star Products dba Forever Comfy at 914-347-7827 on 6/11/2013. I spoke with Mary Anne regarding their Scambook profile and large number of unresolved complaints. Mary Anne was aware of the profile and stated that they were not interested in addressing their complaints through Scambook.

Wallingford, CT 06494 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook called Forever Comfy once again and Yahaira a customer service rep provided us with an email [email protected]. After sending an email a response came back as "permanently failed to send". We will attempt a call back and keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

I contacted Forever Comfy on 1-23-13 at 3:29pm PST by dialing (866) 304-4271 to follow up with the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with a representative, who transferred me to his supervisor. Unfortunately, I reached an answering machine, but I did leave a voice mail with detailed information. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I contacted Forever Comfy on 11/16/2012 at 10:00 am PST by dialing (866) 304-4271. I spoke with a supervisor named Karina who transferred my call to a voice mail at the company's corporate office. I left a message with all of my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response.

I made a follow up call to Forever Comfy on 11/12/2012 at 10:00am PST by dialing (866) 304-4271. I spoke with Kathy in support who informed me that the company was aware of the profile on Scambook and that I should be receiving a call back from a decision maker with the company. I left Kathy my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response. I will update our users if there are any changes regarding this situation.

I called Forever Comfy at 866-304-4271 on 10/30/2012. I left a message for a Supervisor named Johnathan. In my message, I alerted him to the public profile created about Forever Comfy that has been posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 10/15/2012 at 3:15pm PST, I contacted Forever Comfy by dialing (866) 304-4271. I informed Kathy of the profile on Scambook and she took my contact information for future questions.
