On 3/25/2013 at 4:30 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing PacificAdvances.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

I attempted to contact PacificAdvances.com at 2:46am by emailing [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted PacificAdvances.com on 1-23-13 at 3:19pm PST by dialing (866) 763-7462 to follow up with the company about their public profile on Scambook. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach a live operator as I was directed to an email address due to the high volume of calls. I did send an email with detailed information to [email protected]. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 11/01/2012 at 10:58pm PST, I contacted Pacific Advances by dialing (866) 763-7462. I spoke with Allana # 105. She informed me that she was part of the loan verification department and was unable to contact any other department with Pacific Advances. She directed me to pacficadvances.com for another form of contact. The only number listed was the number I dialed.

On 10/24/2012 at 4:45pm PST, I contacted Pacific Advances by dialing (866) 763-7462. After an extended period on hold the call was automatically transferred to voice mail. I left a detailed message seeking an update and am awaiting a reply.

I contacted Pacific Advances on 10/29/2012 at 1:50pm PST by dialing (866) 763-7462 to follow up and determine if the company would be resolving with their consumers on Scambook. I spoke with a supervisor named Harry who informed me that I would be receiving a call from one of the directors for Pacific Advances on 10/30/2012 at 1:00 or 2:00pm PST. I will update our users as this situation continues to progress.

I contacted Pacific Advances on 10/11/2012 at 10:28am PST by dialing (866) 763-7462 and spoke with Maria #232 in support. Maria was unable to connect me with a director/decision maker from the company at the time. I provided Maria with my contact information and was told I would be receiving a call from a decision maker with the company. I am currently waiting for a response.

I contacted Pacific Advances at 11:48am PST by dialing (866) 763-7462 and spoke with Napp #982. Napp was unaware on the public profile for Pacific Advances on Scambook and transferred my call to supervisor named Betty P. After a brief conversation, Betty P. took down my contact information and said she would pass this information on to a proper decision maker with Pacific Advances.

Attempted to contact Pacific Advances but was transferred to the company's voice mail. A message was left and Scambook is currently waiting for a response from Pacific Advances.
