  • Scambook gave Anana a call and SARAH (i.d#2698) a customer service representative answered our call. We notified her of the multiple consumer complaints on our site. She did let us know that she will pass along the information to her superiors and to expect a call back from them within 24-48 hours. Scambook will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

    I contacted Anana Stem Cellactiv at (888) 644-3549 to inform the company of their public profile on Scambook. I was able to obtain contact information for a Customer Service Manager by the name of Althea, and am currently in the process of informing her of Anana's public profile. . I await Althea's response and will continue to update as I'm able to determine whether or not Anana Stem Cellactiv is interested in addressing their customers' complaints.
