I made an additional call to Think Credit Reports on 7/2/2013. I spoke with Matt regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved complaints. Matt offered to submit my information to the owner. I stated that we have done this numerous times without success but Matt stated he couldn't do anything else. I had Matt submit my information again in hopes it gets to the right person in order to determine whether Think Credit Reports will be resolving with their consumers.

I contacted Think Credit Reports by dialing 800-219-8503 on 6/25/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative and alerted her to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I was told that her supervisors were in a meeting and she would have to take down my contact information in order to have them give me a call back. I await their response.

I called ThinkCreditReports.com at 800-219-8503 on 4/19/2013. I spoke with a manager by the name of Bruce and alerted him to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Bruce took down my contact information in order to submit it to the corporate office of ThinkCreditReports.com and have the proper party call me back. I await their response.

I called Think Credit Report at 800-219-8503 on 2/11/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep regarding the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I was only able to leave my information to request a call back with upper management. I asked if I could speak with upper management or be provided with their contact information, but both requests were denied.

I contacted ThinkCredit at 3:53pm by dialing (800) 219-8503 and spoke with Jan. I informed Jan of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Jan stated that she would have to submit the information to management for a callback and took down my contact information. I sent an email to [email protected] with profile and contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

On 10/11/2012 at 11:49pm PST, I contacted Think Credit by dialing 1-800-219-8503. A supervisor was not available so my contact information was taken. I am awaiting a reply from a supervisor.
