On 08/14/13 at 4:10 PM PST, I contacted Cash Advance America via email. I once again, explained the process for complaint resolution and left all of my contact information if Cash Advance America wants to resolve their complaints. I am currently waiting for a response.

On 07/16/2013 at 5:28 PM PST, I dialed (818) 945-1425 to contact Robert Mitchell or Eric Dawson from Cash Advance America. There was no answer but I did leave a detailed follow-up voice mail once again, informing Cash Advance America of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information and notified them of the urgency of resolving these complaints. I left all my contact information, and am currently awaiting a call from Cash Advance America.

On 07/08/13 PM PST at 4:33 PM, I spoke to Robert Mitchell, Manager of Cash Advance America. I informed him of the 268 complaints posted against Cash Advance America. I also informed him about how Eric Dawson from Cash Advance America has missed several appointments with me in order to resolve these complaints. I also informed him how I have had several promises of someone returning my call to no avail. He said he would review the complaints and call me back.

On 7/3/2013 at 9:04 AM PST, I dialed (323) 739 7071 to contact Cash Advance America. The number is no longer in service. I sent a detailed email to [email protected] informing them of the rise in complaints over the span of 2 weeks, as well as my numerous attempts to contact them without a response.

On 06/19/13 at 9:00 AM PST, I called (323) 739 7071 to contact Cash Advance America. I had an phone appointment with the owner, Eric Dawson, to sign up for a business resolve account so Cash Advance America could start resolving their complaints. However, when I called, Eric Dawson, the line disconnected. I immediately called back at the same number, and a customer service representative said that Eric Dawson was busy and on the phone with another customer. She said he would call me back in a few minutes. At 3:42 PM PST, I called Cash Advance America one more time using the same number, and a man answered the phone. I asked to speak to Eric, and he asked me to provide my name. As soon as I told him who I was, he hung up on me. Scambook will continue to update this business profile.

I called Cash Advance America at (850) 391-1555 on 6/4/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative and alerted him to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He took down my contact information in order to have the proper party call me back. I await their response.

I called Cash Advance America at 864-515-5600 on 5/1/2013. After speaking to a couple of representatives, I was again transferred to the voice mail of Jamie. I left Jamie another detailed voice mail with all of my contact information. I await their response.
