Kijiji is not interested in reaching out to their consumers at this time.

On 7/23/2013 at 9:35 AM PST I sent another reply to the support ticket I submitted, following up with Sean M., a representative I have been in contact with at Kijiji. I asked Sean if Kijiji would like to address their public complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

I received a response from a representative at Kijiji named Shawn M. Shawn stated that if the consumer has an issue they can submit a support ticket. I responded today on 7/18/2013 at 8:50 AM, stating that these consumer's are Kijiji's consumers and if Kijiji wants to provide their own consumers with customer service by reaching out to them via our platform they can do so. We have already informed them that the complaints exist, it is up to them to address them. I am waiting for a reply and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/8/2013 I sent another support ticket to Kijiji; fully informing them of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7.2.2013 at 4:04 PM PST I sent a detailed email to Kijiji via a support ticket at : https://help.kijiji.net. I fully informed Kijiji Daily Deals of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. On 6.19.2013 at 4:27 PM PST I sent a detailed email through the "contact us" form on http://www.ebayclassifieds.com (kijiji). I fully informed http://www.ebayclassifieds.com (kijiji) of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 06/12/2013 Scambook mailed Kijiji Daily Deals a letter, via First Class Mail, to

informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact Kijiji Daily Deals at 10:30am by dialing (416) 297-7000. This number is incorrect. I submitted an email in their contact us form on their website. I am currently waiting for a reply.
