On 04/11/2013 at 01:59 PM PST I dialed (877) 869-3304 to contact Peak Life. I spoke to a supervisor named Dillon. I fully informed Dillon of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for Peak Life on Scambook. Dillon took down all of my direct contact information and is passing it on to the appropriate supervisor/corporate. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses

On 4/8/2013 at 11:44 AM PST I dialed (877) 869-3304 to contact Peak Life. I spoke to a customer service representative named Eric. I fully informed Eric of Peak Life's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Eric took down all of my direct contact information and stated that it will be passed on to his manager, and then to an executive at corporate. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/4/2013 at 8:45 AM PST I dialed (877) 869-3304 to contact Peak Life. I spoke with a customer care supervisor named Miranda. Miranda is aware of the public profile on Scambook and I fully informed her of the 99 public consumer complaints. Miranda took down all of my direct contact information and will pass on the information to corporate. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 4/1/2013 at 3:45 PM PST I dialed (877) 869-3304 to contact Peak Life. I spoke to a customer service representative named Elizabeth. I fully informed Elizabeth of Peak Life's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Elizabeth informed me that Peak Life is aware of the complaints, and she took down all of my direct contact information. Elizabeth said Peak Life will reach out to me in the near future.

On 3/26/2013 at 8:28pm PST, I contacted Peak Life by dialing (877) 869-3304. The call was not answered and a voice mailbox was unavailable. A email has been sent to [email protected].

On 3/18/13 Scambook First Class Mail notification letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

On 2/25/2013 at 3:54pm PST, I contacted Peak Life by dialing (877) 869-3304. I spoke with Leia in regards to the profile on Scambook. She was only able to take a message for management outlining my call.

I followed up with Peak Life at 877-869-3304 on 10/24/2012. I spoke to a Supervisor named Courtney. I alerted her to the public profile that has been posted to Scambook. I mentioned that Scambook called well over a month ago and never received a response from Peak Life. She will be submitting my information through the proper channels to have a decision maker call me back. I await their response.

I called Peak Life at (877) 869-3304 on 9/14/2012. I spoke with a customer care supervisor named Miranda. Miranda is aware of the public profile on Scambook and told me she would pass on the information to corporate. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
