On 4/8/2013 at 11:10 AM PST I dialed (866) 717-0715 to contact webgrantaccess.com. I reached the the third party call center and spoke to a representative named Daisy. I fully informed Daisy of the posted consumer complaints and public profile on Scambook. Daisy took down all of my direct contact information and is passing it on to corporate. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/1/2013 at 9:45 AM PST I dialed (866) 717-0715 to contact WebGrantAccess.com. The number takes you to a third paty call center. I spoke toa a supervisor named Sheryll. I fully informed Sheryll of the public consumer complaints and business profile on Scambook. Sheryll advised to me to send an email to [email protected]. I sent a detailed email to [email protected] and [email protected] fully informing WebGrantAccess.com of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

I attempted to contact WebGrantAccess.com at 1:06pm by dialing (866) 717-0715. I could not hear the representative on the other line and she could not hear me. I tried to call back and received the same result. I then signed into the live chat on their website and asked for an alternate number. Irene, the customer support representative, provided me with (866) 458-9077. I then called this number and spoke with Isis. I informed Isis that I have been attempting to get in contact with them to discuss the profile and Isis stated that she would have to submit this information to the website department. I asked to speak to them and she stated that they were currently not in the office. I then asked what time they would be in and what their working hours were and Isis was unable to give a time or time frame. I gave Isis my contact information to submit. I also sent an email with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to follow up with WebGrantAccess.com at 1:39pm and spoke with a representative. I informed her of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. She stated that she was going to transfer me to the correct department and then disconnected the call.

On 11/08/2012 at 4:00PM PST I dialed (866) 717-0715 to contact WebGrant Access. Kristen answered my call and I fully informed her of WebGrant Access's public profile on Scambook along with the current unresolved customer complaint. Kristen said she did not have the ability to transfer me to a supervisor to address the complaint and that she could not do anything about it. Kristen instructed me to go to there website and use the chat feature to try and seek resolution for the complaint. I am currently attempting the chat option as well as sending e-mail's in hopes for getting resolution from WebGrant Access.

I attempted to follow up with WebGrantAccess.com at 12:25pm by dialing (866) 717-0715 and spoke with a representative. I informed her of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. She placed me on hold and disconnected the call.

I contacted WebGrantAccess.com at 12:31pm by dialing (866) 717-0715 and spoke with Eliza. I informed Eliza of the profile for WebGrantAccess.com. Eliza took down my contact information and stated that she would submit it to the web administrator. I also sent an email to [email protected] with my contact information and requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a response.
