On 9/24/2013 at 11:27 AM PST I dialed (407) 363-0771 to contact Resorts Plus International. I reached a representative named Mark. I fully informed Mark of the 16 posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Resorts Plus International on Scambook. Mark informed me that a supervisor named Jeff would be the person to speak to, and to try calling back next Tuesday. I will call Resorts Plus International again next week and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/24/2013 at 5:21 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Resorts Plus International of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 4/19/2013 at 1:49 PM PST I dialed (407) 363-0771 to contact Resorts Plus International. I reached the answering service and woman by the name of Jody took down all of my direct contact information and all of the information regarding the public business profile and posted consumer complaints about Resorts Plus International on Scambook. Jody stated that she will pass the information on to the appropriate personnel I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/8/2013 at 10:58 AM PST I spoke to an employee who told me that he is fully aware of Resorts Plus International's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and Resorts Plus International are looking further into the complaints.

On 4/3/2013 at 2:41 PM PST I dialed (407) 363-0771 to contact Resorts Plus International. I spoke to a receptionist named Jennifer. I fully informed Jennifer of Resorts Plus International's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Jennifer will pass on the message in the morning and took down all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

I spoke with Scott from Resorts Plus International on 12/5/2012. Scott notified me that the company would not be resolving with their consumers on Scambook.

Scambook contacted Resorts Plus International, Inc. via email at [email protected]; informing them of user submitted information on Scambook.com.

I submitted an email in their contact us form on their website at 12:16pm. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact Resorts Plus International at 11:58am by dialing 407-363-0771 and spoke with Elizabeth. Elizabeth stated that they were a third party answering service and took my contact information to submit to Resorts Plus International. I asked if there was a direct email address or phone number for the vendor and Elizabeth stated that she had no contact information.

I contacted Resorts Plus International for a follow up at 5:01pm by dialing 407-363-0771. The office is currently closed. I left a message with my contact information for a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected] and submitted an email in the form on their website with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I contacted Resorts Plus International at 12:51pm by dialing (888) 264-8770 and spoke with Leanne. Leanne gave me a phone number for the Resorts Plus Sales Department. At 1:00pm, I contacted the sales department and spoke with a representative that stated they are a third party answering service. She took down my contact information and stated she would submit it for a callback. I am currently waiting for a response.
