On 09/05/13 at 10:00 AM PST, I dialed (877) 355-7771 to contact Home Profit Web. A customer representative answered the phone I informed her of the public business profile and posted consumer complaints posted on Scambook for Home Profit Web and she transferred me to Nea the customer service manager. Nea told me there was nothing she could do but escalate the call to upper management. She stated that she recorded my information and will pass it along. I stressed the number of times I have been promised the same thing, and not gotten a response. She kept saying that the only thing she could do was to escalate the issue to her upper management and that they would call me back.

On 08/26/13 at 2:54 PM PST, I dialed (877) 355-7771 to contact Home Profit Web. I spoke to Albert whom said he would connect me to someone in upper management. He put me on hold for a total of 20 minutes and then came back to say that he cannot get someone on the line. Again, Albert said he would have someone call me back within 24 hours. I said that after 10 times of hearing that, and after so long on hold, that was an unsatisfactory response. He then proceeded to put Paul, his supervisor on the phone. I explained to Paul how Home Profit Web has not returned any of my phone calls after a promise to return my call within 24 hours. No call was ever received. Paul stated that he took down my contact information and that someone from upper management would contact me later today.

On 08/19/13 at 4:32 PM PST, I dialed (877) 355-7771 to contact Home Profit Web. I spoke to a customer care representative of a third party calling center named Mia. I informed Mia of the very high amount of complaints for Home Profit Web, and the public business profile on Scambook. I explained that I had called two separate times before to speak to Alfonso and Rob and both assured me that the corporate office of Home Profit Web would contact me within 24 hours. Mia stated she took down my contact information and that she will process a ticket briefly explaining the scenario herself to the corporate offices. I still have not received a response from Home Profit Web

On 8/12/2013 4:17 AM PST, I dialed (877) 355-7771 to contact Home Profit Web. I spoke to a customer care representative of a third party calling center named Albert. I informed Albert of the very high amount of complaints for Home Profit Web, and the public business profile on Scambook. He assured me that Rob, the supervisor of the calling center, had already processed my request to the corporate office. I explained to Albert that Rob promised me that someone from the corporate office will call contact me within 24 hours. This happened on 08/06/13. It is not a week later, and I still have not received a response. Albert said he would re-process the ticket and send it to the corporate office.

On 8/6/2013 9:53 AM PST, I dialed (877) 355-7771 to contact Home Profit Web. I spoke to a supervisor of a third party calling center named Rob. I informed rob of the very high amount of complaints for Home Profit Web, and the public business profile on Scambook. He assured me that he took down my contact information, and that someone should contact me regarding these complaints within 24 hours. I then sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Home Profit Web of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Home Profit Web has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 7/26/2013 at 8:47 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Home Profit Web of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

On 3/26/2013 at 1:55pm PST, I attempted to contact Home Profit Web by dialing 877-355-7771. After an extended period of time on hold I disconnected the call and requested contact via email to [email protected].

I contacted Home Profit Web on 11-01-12 at3:10pm PST by dialing (877) 387-1585 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Alicia who notified me that a decision maker was unavailable, but I did give her my information to pass off through the proper channels. Subsequently, I did send an email to [email protected]. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I contacted Home Profit Web on 10/11/2012 at 11:08am PST by dialing (877) 355-7771 and spoke with Veronica in support. Veronica instructed me to visit HomeProfitMasters.com to find further information on how to contact the company. Veronica took down my contact information and said that a representative from Home Profit Web would be contacting me within the day. I am currently waiting for a response.

I contacted Home Profit Web on 8/28/2012. When I first mentioned I was from Scambook, the Customer Service Rep hung up on me. I immediately called back and was asked to be transferred to a Supervisor. They then proceeded to put me on hold for several minutes and never connected me to a Supervisor. I will be making further attempts to contact Home Profit Web and speak with someone who has authority there. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
