On 9/23/2013 at 8:00 AM PST I received a response from a supervisor Grace at Ginny's Catalog Sales. Grace stated that they still do not want to utilize our Business Resolve Platform at this time, and are still waiting for the consumer to respond to the comment they have left under the public complaint. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9/20/2013 at 3:19 PM PST I sent a follow up email to a supervisor Grace at Ginny's Catalog Sales; inquiring if she would like to utilize our Business Resolve Platform to address the public complaint. Grace has left a comment back, and has not received a response from the consumer. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

Update: 9/9/2013 Since Ginny's Catalog Sales has left a comment back to the complaint posted about them on 8/15/2013. Grace K., a representative from corporate, has stated that the consumer has not responded to Ginny's Catalog Sales and Ginny's awaits their response. Ginny's wants to wait for the consumers response before they decide to move forward with any action. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway. I sent a follow up email to Grace K, inquiring if Ginny's would like to reach out via our Business Resolve platform. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

Ginny's Catalog Sales has left a comment back to the complaint posted about them on 8/15/2013. Grace K., a representative from corporate, has stated that the consumer has not responded to Ginny's Catalog Sales and Ginny's awaits their response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

Update: 8/27/2013 9:08 AM PST:

Grace K. has left a comment back on the complaint and has not heard a response from the user. Ginny's feels that they have reached out and are waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 8/19/2013 I wrote another follow up email to Grace at Ginny's Catalog Sales. On August 15, 2013 Grace left a comment back on the complaint; urging the user to get in contact with her. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

I received a response from a representative named Grace Kufahl. They are looking further into the matter and attempted to leave a comment back to the consumer. On 8/14/2013 at 10:37 AM I sent a follow up email to Grace, inquiring if Ginny's Catalog Sales would be willing to address this issue. I am waiting for a response from Grace and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/31/2013 at 11:16AM PST I dialed (800) 693-0809 to contact Ginny's Catalog Sales. I spoke to a representative who could not transfer me to the corporate offices. I sent a detailed follow-up email to [email protected] fully informing Ginny's Catalog Sales of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaint. I provided all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses.

On 7/23/2013 at 9:27 AM PST I dialed (800) 693-0809 to contact Ginny's Catalog Sales. I spoke to a representative named Loretta. I fully informed Loretta of the posted consumer complaint on Scambook and asked to speak to the supervisor Laura once again. Loretta took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will contact Laura with the information. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/18/2013 at 8:30 AM PST I sent a detailed follow-up email to [email protected] fully informing Ginny's Catalog Sales of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaint. On 7/8/2013 at 3:28 PM PST I dialed (800) 693-0809 to contact Ginny's Catalog Sales. I was unable to reach a representative but did leave a detailed voice mail following up with Ginny's Catalog Sales in regards to their posted consumer complaint/business profile on Scambook. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7.2.2013 at 2:00 PM PST I received a call from a supervisor at corporate named Laura. I navigated Laura to the public complaint. Laura read the complaint and is looking further into the situation. I provided Laura with all of my direct contact details and am waiting for a response back from the corporate social media team who would be the ones addressing the matter. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7.2.2013 at 10:49 AM PST I dialed (800) 693-0809 to contact Ginny's Catalog Sales. I spoke to a supervisor named Sue. I fully informed Sue of the posted consumer complaint and public business profile regarding Ginny's Catalog Sales on Scambook. Sue took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass the information on to executive level management. I provided all of my direct contact details and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 06/20/2013 Scambook mailed Ginny's Catalog Sales a letter, via Certified Mail, to 1112 7th Avenue
Monroe, WI 53566 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 6.18.2013 at 9:57 AM PST I dialed (800) 693-0809 to contact Ginny's Catalog Sales. I spoke to a supervisor named Chrissy. I fully informed and navigated Chrissy to the posted consumer complaint/public business profile regarding Ginny's Catalog Sales on Scambook. Chrissy took down all of my direct contact information and stated that they will look further into the matter. I provided all of my direct contact information, and I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
