  • Scambook contacted Archives.com on 08/27/2012 at 5:20pm and spoke with a customer service representative named Joe. Joe directed my call to his supervisor named Brad who said that Archives.com would not be addressing the 217 complaints on Scambook. He stated that the website had just been purchased by Ancestry.com. He then explained that I should contact Ancestry.com as a courtesy to notify them about these complaints.
