  • On 1/25/13 at 9:41am PST I sent an email to [email protected] to inform them about the complaint filed against the company, the damages reported and how to contact me to either resolve or dispute it. I got an email confirmation back from them saying someone will contact me withing 1 business day to discuss. The Incident Reference #130125-001206.
