  • I, too, have been ripped off by this company for 83.74. I did not realize that they would keep shipping merchandise to me, and when I discovered that I called them and cancelled. I also returned all merchandise to them. But they will not give me credit for it. This company has 2 addresses. Does
    anyone remember what those 2 addresses are?

  • I ALSO HAVE BEEN HACKED ON MY DEBIT CARD,i NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,LET ALONE BED BUG DEFENSE. YES THIS IS THEFT AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK TOO,THEY GOT ME FOR 3.95 AMD ALSO 120.98$ ALL THE MONEY ON MY CARD AS I AM UNEMPLOYED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK TOO,THIS WAS FOR MY GRAND-DAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS. NO-ONE IS SAFE FROM YOU DEGENERATES AND YOU WILL BE INVESTIGATED AS I SPEAK,ALSO IM TURNING YOU IN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Its amazing how everything on here about your company is in a negitive manner.my name is tina hendricks it was posted on 11/09/12 my card number was (Personal Information Removed) and as i said that was my card number as of now it was cancelled because of you people,you can put my money back on but you can never take anymore money from this card.   • hmm this makes me wonder, I canceled 8 day's before the cancellation time and I just got charged $41.87 sent out another email from the same confirmation they sent me about the charge plus a copy of the cancellation email, still no response I finally got a hold of them by phone, they said they didn't get my email (lie) and that I was suppose to send the product back within 30 day's another lie! the $3.95 was all that was suppose to be charged and if you didn't want or like the product you just cancel before 30 day's, I argued the issue and she said (Honey) that since I miss understood she would refund my bank within 3 to 5 day's, but I got NO email verifying this, so I am going to follow through with my bank they will refund me and cut them off! On the down fall of all this I have to file for a new debit card causing me to contact a lot of people as I have direct payments sent on that card just a pain! so I suggest you do the same I don't know why you waited 6 months! CANCEL YOUR CARD! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED!!

  • I did the same thing, ordered a bed defence FREE trial for $3.95 for ONLY the shipping. No mention of any added stipulations, and was sneakily billed this $41.87. When one sees the unexpected charge in their bank account, it will have their 855- number and they will try to sell and tell you it's your fault. No, it wasn't my fault that you were deceptive, and no it wasn't my fault that you didn't warn that there could be an unexpected charge; it was that you sneakily took money out of my account once for $3.95 and this latter $41.87 without so much as a phone call or email. How sneaky and deceptive can one get??! Now to get the $41.87 ONLY because they won't pay for the original shipping and my dissatisfaction of shipping it back, I have to send it to them; wait til it gets there; and then call them, so I can get the $41.87 back. They won't know of course that this is only the beginning for me. I didn't use the product, and hope to find a few blogs so I can warn others about their ways of deception and the trap door they surely can fall through.
