  • Call this number tell them you didn't want this and you think you deserve a refund. Have your banks telephone number, they did a conference call to my bank with me on the line and I was refunded my money. It was deposited the next day. All though there is a 35.00 application fee that is non- refundable I still got the majority of my money back.If you have an overdraft that will be between your bank and you how to handle that.Have day and time of transaction and check number as well.

  • It looks like I've been a victim of the same scam as Linda. I looked at my bank account and had an overdraft and a charge of $149.95 from E Credit Authority. This is the second account in 2 months I've had to close and it's really starting to suck. Not to mention that I'm on SSDI and I have a representative payee who has to do all this for me including going into the bank with me and opening another account and he's not well, has to drive 30 minutes to come and get me and it's just not right. I don't know what to do at this point.
