  • I joined one of those "hook-up" sites just for grins and giggles and if any of those photos, locations, or resumes are authentic, I certainly haven't found one. What they do is get you hooked up with a similar site and then entice you to join that one, too. Of course, if you want the "Gold" or "Premium" service where you can converse with the ladies you have to pay another fee. Pretty slick, huh? If you see a gold star along with the photo it means that the person may not exist because "she" is a figment of someone's salacious and vivid imagination and that's spelled out in the "rules". I caught one which was supposedly in the same locale as I last night by the simple expedient of asking her what the major intersection was in our semi-rural town and what businesses ae on the four corners of it. Oddly enough, that ended our conversation. Fancy that! . In short, these sites are a way for unscrupulous operators to snag money from lonely/horny men and nothing more.

  • Yes, I have seen many sites just like this. They all ask for money and want you to sign up just to pay them. They are not just the dating sites, they are in many different areas, like places that say you have a comp virus, when you really don't. If it isn't free and its not a business, its a scam. I wont pay for thee anymore. 1 big one that took me was eHarmony. They wanted something like $150 for 2 months. The person they matched me up with wouldn't even post a pic. After the 2 months time was up, she disappeared.

  • I created an account on flirtlocal.com, through which someone contacted me and asked me to email [email protected]. I decided to research citymail.org before sending any messages there. I came upon this site, and also found WHOIS data. citymail.org is registered to Agile Investment Group in Belize. Some scammers are apparently using the citymail.org service to lure people into other pay sites. I would guess the scammers either work for these other sites or they get an affiliate payment for referring paying customers.

  • Hello, has anyone else had any dealings with " "[email protected]" in particular does anyone know where "she"" is supposed to live? I have been contacted by email, and urged to join a couple of different sites but without having done so. "She" pretends that emails arriving in her in box have no message body to them, only the address and title, hence the reason to direct one to join these other sites to get to I.M. and make "contact" hoping there are others who have some experience with this one. Terry.
