Same thing happened to me! They automatically charged me 99$. I tried to stop them from taking it off my Soc. Sec. card but they already took it real fast. I emailed them and told them to put my money back on my card, but they wouldnt answer,couldnt even get customer service to answer me. It was actually Christmas money for my Grandkids and i was very upset!!!
