I was also scammed by F.Engell @ libertyexpresslg.com 888-839-6216 fax 888-466-2581,but he has you send a money gram to another name which could be his real name of Paul Brisco and he lives in Canada,but that could be a false address as well,I reported this to the FBI but nobody has time or man power to hunt this creep down there's another site that offers his business name and # and when I e-mailed them they blocked my computer from getting back on their site.Same M.O to get the loan you need to pay for Insurance as soon as you do he blocks your phone # I googled the name and came up with an address 361 Wellington Ave Georgetown ,Ontario CanadaL7G6V3 Wayne
