A Horrible nightmare.. please please do not purchase from this dealer.
This is the Circle M on 7th Street Joplin Missouri.

We purchased a vehicle and paid cash. The older man said over and over what a great car it was and there was nothing wrong with it from head to toe. He said it had only been hit once and did not even have to replace the bumper and did not hurt the car and found out it was hit at least 3 times and one of them was not fixed. We got home and the engine light came on and also realized that the air condition did not work and on the way home it started humming really loud from the back end and when going over any bumps sounded like metal. Smelled like Gas or burning oil. We went back the next day less than 12 hours later and the older man was upset and not happy and even made me cryand made me feel like I was in the wrong. Eventually he said that he would fix the issues 2 weeks later he still put us off. During the next 2 weeks it rained and when it rained my husband hydro planed so bad that he had to take his truck on the days it rained. The tires were apparenly not good. We took the car back and they were gone for the weekend... we were going to talk to him and say either these issues need to be fixed or we want our money back this was on a satruday because they said that they would try to get it in on Monday but my husband had doctors appointments out of town on monday so we figured we would leave the vehicle to be fixed or either our money back. Well we called back monday and asked to speak to the owner who sold us the car and they said he was still out of town.. about an hour later they called us back and said that they talked to their attorney and they were advised not to speak to us and that we needed to pick up our car and they did not want us on their lot and refused to talk to us and said our car is in the alley with the keys in it and if we did not pick them up they would charge us per day for stoarge and they would now NOT FIX anything because they do not lie and then they hung up on us even when we tried calling back to plead with them that there must of been some misunderstanding. The owner wouldnt even speak to us .... we simply just took it back to get it fixed but then they did go back on their word and basically refuse to make things right when they said they would..... This was my husbands retirement money we used to purchase the vehicle and all we had. Wow... ive never in my life had any dealer or purchased any product from such rude people... they will smile great big untill the sale is done and they get your money and then they dont want nothing to do with ya if there is anything wrong at all and they apparently do not check over the vehicles and just say its in perfect condition..... Its the most horrible expericence Ive ever had and im 49 and have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime.
