Dollar Monster is advertised as a program where you can double your money in a matter of days - 3, or 5, or overnight. I invested $15 on 1/13/12, thinking that I could get some extra money quickly. First the company charged me $3.16 for investing, so I had a balance of $11.84 to "double." It certainly didn't double my money in a matter of days - it wasn't till February 2, 2012 that my account showed any profit. At that time my account showed I had not just $23.68 but $47.36 (actually 4 times the $11.84). I thought that was great. So on 2/6/12 I requested a withdrawal of $35.00. Apparently that didn't work, so about a week later I again requested the $35.00 withdraw. The site kept saying there was no money in their Alert Pay account. So I opened a Solid Trust Pay account. Again the site said there was no money in STP. I finally just put in a request to withdraw $40.00. That request apparently registered in the system, because my back office showed a "pending" withdraw of $35.96 on 2/24/12. I requested this amount to be deposited in my Solid Trust Pay account. The company again charged me a fee, subtracting $3.98 from the $40.00. OK, I thought. This is still a profit, so I'll not complain. As of today, 3/21/12 I have not see a thing in my Solid Trust Pay account. I have sent several emails to support with no response. I have posted questions on their forum, and never got a response.

Today when I went to the website to see what was going on, I couldn't even log onto my account. The site was asking for my user name AND my email, which I've never used to log in. Then it gave me a completely wrong back office. A lot of things on the website have been deleted, such as the list of "pending" payments and withdrawals. I have to assume that my account has been deleted.

I hate to admit that I was scammed, but I do believe this Monster Dollar has gone down the tubes. I look for information about the owner, Matthew Bourge, and all I find are his self-promoting articles on google or facebook.

I would be satisfied to get my original $15 back, intact, with no fees taken out. But at this point, I believe I'll never see that money again.

  • Hi

Absolutely NOT recommendable. Damage 22 Dollars: I started with 22$ around 6 weeks ago. Minus the fees it then was 19.04$ (minus fees). Finally after 4 weeks waiting and waiting (in the meanwhile they changed their system) I could see 38.08$ - Status of the cashout was standing still for 2 weeks and nothing happened at all. I kindly asked twice via email about the cashout. No answer.

Then I added a post into the Forum (very clever they do not accept any contacts there and removing negative posts) only saying that I do not re-invest anymore which is my free opinion. Then today I wanted to check again my balance and a red message pops up: ACCOUNT SUSPENDED - My big fault I have trusted them. Now they have stolen 22$ which is not that much, but still. It IS THEFT.

Now I will wait what happens with the other program from them "Sharebuilder". I invested twice 4$ and once 8$ but I am sure they will just removed me from the list. I already know for now, the money is gone !
