WE STARTED A LOAN MODIFICATION WITH THIS COMPANY BACK 10/01/2011. THE COMPANY SAID IT WAS A MONEY BACK GUARENTEE IF THEY COULDN'T HELP US BRING DOWN OUR MONTHLY MORTGAGE. I CALLED THEM WEEKLY TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS GOING O.K. ON JANUARY 15 I NO LONGER COULD GET AHOLD OF THEM ALL NUMBERS BUSY EXCEPT TE MAIN NUMBER 858-777-9583 AND THIS NUMBER SAYS ALL LINES BUSY. I THEN RECIEVED A CALL FROM GREG PARIMOR EXPLAINING TO ME THAT THE COMPANY HAD TO CLOSE THERE DOORS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO MANY CLIENTS SO THEY SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY ADVANCE LOAN PROCESSERS. GAVE ME A NEW NUMBER 619-609-0085 SAID THEY WOULD BE CALLING EVERY ONE THIS WEEK TO GIVE NEW INFORMATION. I CALLED THIS NUMBER BACK TODAY ONLY TO FIND THIS NUMBER DISCONNECTED.

Contacted by agent from sls they are now advanced loan service. My agent has called and we talk almost daily. We have had two three way conversations with our bank. I THINK WE WILL ALL BE TAKEN CARE OF.
