I sent away for a trial sample for just over $5.00 in November, 2011 and received same. I then wrote a letter and said I did not want to receive any further samples as it did not suit my skin and since then they have sent 3 further bottles of serum all of which I have returned with further notes saying i did not want them to send me any more. They ha ve continued to send bottles and charging me all sorts of amounts. I have now cancelled my card and my bank is in the process of trying to get back some of the funds. I had not checked my accounts over the past two months as I have been ill.
