Had new air conditioner installed in 2009. since then a new unit was installed plus 2 a coils last one in fall of 2011. they had a rep look at unit and all we got what was wrong from duct work to unit installed by electric company.what was not taken into consideration was the high electric bills we had during this time. spoke to a man named troy and he offered $225 as gratis due to the fact another co, put last air handler in due to original co, not being able to give quick service. we hav no complaint against first or second co who did the final installation. when speaking rheem company. I politly told him I would make sure all my realtor customers would wuld told about this offer they wanted. he in turn accused me of extortion from his co,All we want is $455 from rheem co, and an apoligy from rhee
