Was re-routed from TicketMaster.com to TicketsNow. Thought I was purchasing best available seats from the former site. Instead, I was buying best available from the latter site and got terrible seats. When I realized what happened, before the event, requested refund, which was denied. When the tickets arrived, it clearly shows a $15 face value, even thought TicketsNow charged me $39. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
