I purchase a pair of shoes and they sent me a email confirming that the merchandise was out of stock after I paid using my credit card, so I advised them that I wanted another pair that was cheaper. Susan confirmed that the merchandise was available and was being shipped. I responded about my credit of the different shoes..No one ever responded and I have yet to receive my merchandise. I've sent emails everyday since 12/9/2011.
