I recently got custody of my two very young grandsons and no support. I needed a loan and do not have good credit, so I went online trying to get a loan for $6,500.00. A Stanley Greene with Humboldt Financial Trust contacted me and said I was approved for a $7,000.00 loan, but that I needed to purchase an insuarance policy for the account by paying the first six months in advance in the amount $1,290.00 plus I needed to send it thru a Western Union Money Gram to Guatemala for $90.00. I did, they then notified me that now I needed to pay another six months upfront and when I declined I told them I wanted a refund they said it would take a month. Now the phone numbers and email have all been shutdown. I also still have a copy of the Loan Agreement if that would help? I can't believe I was so desperate to be this stupid. Now I can't afford to feed my grandsons or pay my rent. Help please.
