I ordered puma speed cat trainers to arrive beford christmas costing 63.99 USD, they were dispatched but wrong size was sent, I have contacted Yourspay more than 8 times so far by e-mail, for a return address, witch they replied to and said I would recieve a satisfactory response soon. Since then (5 weeks later)I've had absoluteley no response. I just want the correct goods but don't have any contact info and am stumped on what to do next!!! I have now e-mailed to ask for my money back, still no reply!!
