International boundaries
Company took up front money to provide loan modification services. When I complained to Ca. Atty. Generals Office I was informed it is illegal in Ca. to assess up front money for these services. Then they tried to con me into sending them an additional $2000.00! Needless to say no contact since I refused to send more money without a signed contract or agreement!
