Complaint 4971 Details

I purchased $800.00 worth of shoes for my business. I found the company J & M Footwear cause they are a wholesaler. I placed the order and was waiting for my tracking number to see when the shoes where going to arrive. About a week later I checked my email and there was no tracking number. So, I called the company and some guy answered the phone and stated that he was going to call the warehouse and see what happen. He stated will call me back in 15 minutes and never did. So the same day I called him back and the guy stated was very busy and will call me back before he closed. He never called me back. Then I asked for a supervisor and then Carlos got on the phone. He stated that there was 2 style of shoes that I ordered and they don't have them anymore. I told Carlos to refund whatever the amount was for the 2 style of shoes back to me and sent out the other shoes. So, I wait for 2 days and never got a tracking number or nothing. So I called back and Carlos stated that he was busy that they get 60 plus orders a day and will call me back. I stated okay and waited. He never called back. I tried to get my money back and never got nothing. I want my money back $800.00.
