I ordered the Leanspa special just pay shipping and handling. I paid $1.95 for one and $4.95 for the other. I canceled it because I couldnt take them. I asked for a refund because they debited my account for $ 79.00 twice and when I talked to a lady named Katherine she said I would have to send the other bottles back that they already sent out and they would be happy to refund my money. I sent the bottles back and on May 24 , 2011 I called again and asked them about my money being debited back to my account and the lady told me that it will be in there in 7 to 10 buisness days. Today is the 10th buisness day and no money so I called back and talked to a man and he said that I was only shipped one bottle of clensing . I told him if that was the case then why was I charged for 2 bottles if I you only sent one. He said that he would have to send a email to corperete to see what they can do. I told him that I was told and sent an email that my money would be debited to my account in 7 to 10 buisness days and I want to know why its not. He told me that it was sent in error. I am a single parent with 2 children to take care of. All I want is my money back from Leanspa. They are fake and dont stick to there words and I think something should be done about it. I was told by mouth and by email I would get my $ 160.00 back in 7 to 10 buisness days and I exspect them to hold to there word's. Skyla
