I was promised a loan to pay for my daughter's college by a Mr.Vincent Davis from 10/31/11 thru 11/10/11, when I finally demanded the money back. It came to almost 5000.00! I sent them money because he "guaranteed" if I sent the money in each time I was"guaranteed" a 10,000 loan"by the next morninr." When I demanded a refund, he told me he couldn't get it to me until 11/27/11. This never happened. Now I can't reach them by email or phone. This company is guilty of theft by deception as well as grand larceny. I have written the Attorney general of both PA and Georgia to no avail. PLEASE HELP!

- I went through the same type of scam. I am sure that made you Western Union the money to them. I threatened the guy by saying "i have taken this matter to local and federal authorities. They gaurenteed me they would track your ip address down and find you within 72 hours. This is going to cost me which i dont care at this point. If you refund me my funds i will stop this action promply, and if not good luck". The guy pleaded for me not to pursue this and did refund my $500. Maybe this will help and i hope it does.
