Ordered a pair of national brand shoes that were on closeout everywhere, so the low price didn't raise a red flag. I, too, received a cheap carry bag (with a customs value of $2). When I pursued this with Paypal, the seller sent a bogus return address, so that Fedex and UPS would not accept the package. Since I was unable to return the item, Paypal denied my refund claim! Seller seems to be using a different personal name for the payments, so is probably closing the account and opening another with each scam.
