you see a pop up when on facebook for a chance to win a ipad. you needed to give them your cell number, then you receive a test msg of a pin to enter when you enter online the answer to the trivia game. i did not see any disclaimer that there would be a fee, otherwise i wont have done it < i am cheap. then the trivia txts start daily and you get a $51 charge on your cell phone bill.
