We were hired by Huw Butler to install new electrical wiring and fittings in Samsara Villa 3 Kamala Phuket Thailand. Huw is the owner of Athena Siam Limited. Athena Siam Limited had a construction and renovation contract with villa owner and architect Adrian McCARROLL. Our invoices for our work were not fully paid by Athena Siam Ltd. and after two months were not paid at all.
Huw blamed the owner Adrian for not paying the additional works outside the contract. Adrian McCARROLL assured us that Huw Butler's company was fully paid.
We have tried many times to reach an agreement over the outstanding payment with Huw Butler but without success.
