Started treatments in 2008, continued for years, never has been completed. Multiple failed implants, failed bone grafts, improperly placed posts. Charged upfront in full for services not yet completed.
Improperly sized crowns, misplaced crowns that were ordered.
charged for a second sinus lift procedure that was never even attempted. The list goes on.
Dr James D'Alise refused to release my records to my new dentist, would not cooperate and discuss any refund of charges for poor service and for services that have not been performed or completed.
