I was sent a email that informed me to watch a video presentation which stated the program was FREE! so naturally I signed up and it immediately took me to CoolHandle.com which I was not aware of who they were or what I was being charged until my Bank called me and informed me of the financial transactions totaling $763.00 I immediately cancelled my account and was told ALL! sales are final and there are no refunds. Needless to say I am currently taking legal action against them to get my money back plus extra to try and hurt this business and try to stop them from ripping other people off of their hard earned money.... STAY AWAY FROM COOLHANDLE.COM
Update: 11/13/2015
I appeared in Small Claims Court and was told by the Judge that because I live in Colorado and the Company I was suing is located in California, the Courts in Colorado have no! jurisdiction in this matter, so my case was thrown out of Court....
