Complete savings charged me £15 from my bank account. This I think happened when I was offered a 10% discount for my next time purchase of National express coach ticket. I did not realise what I was was committing to.
I have cancelled it now and made a written complaint. Cancelled the membership. Why the fare trading does not take notice of this type of companies and ban these.
Highly despicable.
Can I get my money back.
