My wife and I invested $30,000.00 in North Tampa MHP LP located at 1112 E. 142 Ave., Tampa, FL 33613. The funds were sent to Mr. Anton Philipp at WB Financial LLC located at 90 Alton Road, Suite 1703, Miami Beach,FL. 33139. The Promissory Note dated August 15, 2014 was a loan paying 12% interest per month. The note matured August 15, 2015. Interest has been deposited in our bank account each month but when I asked for the return of $30,000 loan that had matured I have received nothing but reasons why it could not be returned. Many contacts and phone calls have been made but as of September 23, 2015 we have not received a return of our loan which we need and Mr. Philipp is not returning our phone calls or replying to our emails. We are also now very concerned that we will have a problem getting an additional loan of $12,000.00 dated December 15th, 2014 returned also.

but we have not been able to get our investment back.
