Hello My name is April West. I was recently contacted by the complaint risk management in regards to twin bluff financial. Claiming they were for check city payday loans. I agreed that i owed them and setup payment arrangments with the company to resolve the debt.i went into check city to cash a check on 9/15/15 and they took mt whole chrck stating i still owed them. I showed them the confirmation that was sent to me and they said theybhave no recollection of this. I spoke with a customer service supervisor and ive faxed over the confirmation letter to them. I also called the complaint risk management group ans spoke with a avery davis ext 3006 and he said he could not give me twin bluffs information because of legalalities and that he would get someone to call me back on this matter. However now ik it was a scam they couldnt give me the creditors name just said it was a payday loan. So basically they took 875.01 from me. Can someone please help me please. I have children ans cant afford this. I thought i was getting my credit straight and was scammed out my money
