International boundaries
They seemed good at the time of my sign-up, however, they were unavailable for any contact at all, when nothing was done with my contacts, which I paid for. No response to any of my emails and phone calls. The phone was NIS of just rang and rang.
Further they used the good name of Master Charge or Visa in the form of a scholarship for funding and Chase Bank for leads.
I am retired and on a fixed income and
c an't afford this loss. Beware of these scam artists!
