Tough Mudder

My husband and I signed up for the tough mudder race in drumheller alberta canada.
I paid extra money ($20) for refund insurance.
On the 28th I had an unexpected procedure on my legs that requires me to wear compression stocking until the 11th of sept (6 days after the race).

We paid for the cancellation insurance so that we would could get a refund for the cost of the race if anything were to happen and now we aren't getting one!

We were directed to an EOS Claim site. There is NO phone number for tough mudder, no costumer service line and none willing to listen to us at all let alone assist us in getting the refund we insured.
