I ordered samples online on Aug 7 and have never received them. Today, my account was billed for 89.31 and there is no contact information online to file a complaint or refund. I've contacted my bank and they found they are a company out of the US and and when they searched for the address, it is an office building somewhere in Miami. Probable scam.
