I ordered a sample product for a "trial" and all I had to pay was shipping but it turns out that they bill you for more products after the "trial" period had ended. I called their customer service to cancel any shipments of their products and spoke with one of their representatives. They had told me that I had to send back any product and that they would cancel the subscription but had to pay full price for the product even though it was supposed to be a free trial. I received an RMA email and an email to say that they had cancelled my apparent subscription. They said nothing about a refund. I later called my credit card company to dispute the payments and whether or not I could stop any future payments. My credit card company said they could not block any payments with them at all and the best way to stop the payments was to cancel my credit card outright. This is a complete scam. Do not do business with these people.
