Strange. I see the complaints filed for a company selling a facial product? I purchased from a company, Velvet Caviar, selling phone accessories. I am in the process of completing an exchange with them and they have provided me with this address. FedEx is now saying they cannot find this PO Box and they will need the physical address. I cannot get a response from their customer service...
