Received call today that I won 750,000. Great, but I never mailed any sweeps info to Vegas so I wondered...
The man who called was impressively informed, his name given as Chris Allen @773 649 5417 (I called this number back and he answered). He expressed concern about maintaining my privacy if I so desired. There were no taxes he said (though he did mention a W-2 form). I did need to deposit .5% of the winnings (did I understand him correctly???) for FDIC insurance to cover moving the money by courier. Why not wire it to the bank? He did give me a routing number so that I could deposit it in another account where it would be held for 24hours @Wells Fargo until the money was transferred. It would then be refunded to me. All of this needed to be done ASAP. He called back once after about 10 minutes to see if I had left for the bank yet. Thus I looked them up on the net and found the info here. I sure could use that money, couldn't we all?
I won't be sending my money to them though!!!!!!!! They sure sounded legit until he mentioned me sending the money.
