To whom this may concern,

Dear Sir/Madam,

On the 17th of April 2015, I received a call from IJM International Job Masters ( www.ijobmaster.com)
by IJM_Personel_1 (Customer Service Team). She had stated they are a well known and trusted
company that provides quality professional immigration services. Thus she had offered me a
service of Work Visa assessment for 3 EU countries namely The Netherlands,Austria and
Denmark. I felt that I will qualify. So after being convinced, I had trusted them and I paid the
USD1,000.00 assessment fee through my Master Card credit card via BLUESNAP. (In which she had
required my details of my credit card). She said I will received a feed back or call from them between
30 to 60 days.Receipt and confirmation letter was sent via e-mail.

Then on the 10th of May, I received another call from IJM this time by the name of IJM_Personel_2
(Personal Immigration Assistant). She had clearly stated to me that I was qualified for the
Danish Greencard Visa and that I have a good chance of obtaining that visa. And that I should
pay USD 1,315.00 for the so called step 2 of my visa assessment "Document Verification Stage".
As trusted I paid the fee again through the same method of payment. And she had sent me a
receipt,confirmation letter plus a checklist of the documents required.

On the 18th of May I had sent the scanned colored .pdf documents that I presently have for them
to have a preliminary assessment.

Then on the 20th of May, I had received a call again from IJM this time by name of IJM_Personel_3
(CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER). She said that my application for the Danish Greencard Visa
assessment is "on hold" and offered me another option or assessment service.
She had stated that they are also offering immigration visa assessment services to Canada. Then
I had ask the details, she said they have a sister company namely "Canadian Visa Expert".

Honestly this time, I really feel somethings wrong, I did some research on this "Canadian Visa Expert"
And I found out that this company had many issues. On being "Fraud" or a "Scam". I had these below
links as references, and this is where I found your website https://www.scambook.com.

Then after carefully thinking I had decide to send a letter of disatisfaction on the 24th of May to IJM.
Kindly refer to below exact letter that I had sent.

First of all.Honestly speaking,I really feel that I did not get any value for the money that I had paid you.
I want to withdraw my application, and get a refund for the payments.

I had lost my confidence in INTERNATIONAL JOB MASTER after finding out that your sister company have
these below issues.

After sending this letter on the 24th of May. IJM_Personel_2 responded and sent me a letter to me stating.

Please resend all your docs in PDF or DOC format and as colorful copies. Otherwise we are not able to save
them to your personal folder and send to our lawyers.

I had lost my trust and really want to cancel already my application and try to get a refund.
I'm hoping that you could help me somehow on my case and also to prevent these people from tricking other
honest hardworking professionals like me.
