I receoved notice from Publishers Clearing House that I won 3rd prize in their fall give away. Part of the prize was for them to pay off any credit card. The other prize was a large sum of money. We were asked to keep this quiet. I did do this until now when their promise was not kept - no pay off appeared on my statement nor did I receive the sum of money. I followed all of their rules to the letter; however, PCH has not fulfilled their part of the give away. I want what they promised. I was already scammed this year. I don't want it to happen again.
