I was told over the phone the call out fee was $59 and the labour charge was $39 every 15 mins. When the plumber arrived he charge me the call out fee for the quote plus $39 every 15 mins he was there providing a quote. He did not carry out any work (labour) as his quote was too expensive and I called someone else to do the job. I am taking it to the Office of Fair Trading to resolve and obtain a refund. This is just to make people aware that Jim's Plumbing a rip off artists.
