J'ai utilisé un téléphone public à l'hôpital de Granby, Québec avec ma carte de crédit par ce que je n'avais pas de monnaie. J' ai appelé 2 fois, pas de réponse la première fois et j'ai laissé un message de 20 secondes la 2 ieme fois. Il m'ont chargé 30$ (2 fois 15.02$). Des bandits ne ferait pas mieux...En aucun temps l'afficheur ne m'a avisé des montants.
Je vais appeler à l'hôpital pour me plaindre...
