I ordered a custom controller for my son. The website did state it could take up to 12 weeks and we were willing to wait the outrageously long time. Well, we still haven't received it ( 19April), and when I tried the offline email (only way to contact them), I keep getting the same response: it will be done in a week and a half. This company is ridiculous since you can't call them. It's too bad because my son has been looking forward to getting it.
